What the machine does
One cycle, four treatment stages
The helmet stays in a closed cabin while the machine runs each stage in sequence. Vendors choose a 2, 4 or 6-minute cycle from the app to match their site.

Dynamic pricing
Vendors change the price per cycle from the mobile app based on location, rent and other costs. Riders pay by UPI through a dynamic QR code.

T+2 settlement
Payments collected through the dynamic QR code are settled to the vendor automatically on T+2, two business days after the transaction.

Dynamic cycle time
Vendors choose a 2, 4 or 6-minute sterilization cycle from the app: shorter cycles for busy sites, longer ones where deeper cleaning is needed.

What is a helmet sanitizer vending machine?
It is a self-service station that cleans and sanitizes a helmet while the rider waits. In a Shield X machine the helmet goes into a closed chamber, the rider pays by scanning a UPI QR code, and the machine runs UV-C light, heat, Sterila X fogging and fume extraction, then returns the helmet dry.
How long does helmet sanitization take?
The vendor chooses a 2, 4 or 6-minute cycle for each machine from the Shield X app. All four treatment stages run within that time.
